Products are covered by the warranty period stated at the time of purchase. Warranty claims require the item to be returned to our facility; courier charges for sending the unit are borne by the customer. See our Refund Policy for details.

Vortex Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
