3. Why We Collect It

We collect data only for clear purposes: to operate your devices, fulfil orders and warranties, provide support, and improve our products. We do not collect more than we need.

We keep personal and order data only as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
